Now that took Mina by suprise. She hadn't really thought about it until now. Hadn't even considered Pavi in that way, she thought of him as more as a close friend, though something had changed lately between them.
There had always been this unspoken understanding between Mina and Pavi from the very beginning. That they would be the only ones to feel and see eachothers scars. And since that time over a month ago Mina had showed anyone but Pavi her scars.
There had also been an unspoken understanding between herself and Hyde that both of them could sleep with whomever they choose. But lately it seemed she had been choosing Pavi more and more as time progressed. The way he made her feel was difficult to fully put in words.
"I can't say." Was all Mina said turning away. "I know that when I'm with him I'm a lot happier. Happier than I've ever been in ages, and I feel safer. Because I know he would never do anything to hurt me."

Hyde's shoulders sagg as he lets out a grunt "neither would i" he states his voice etched with pain "yo-you should know that Mina. i told you that myself" the fact that she had turned away from him pained him greatly and the large man stays quite for a moment before speaking again. "what you say tells me all i need to know luv" now it was his turn to look away from her "and here i was thinking i finally found someone..." God! i should of killed her the moment Jekyll brough her in he thought then pushed those thoughts from his mind. OOC: now it's Hyde's turn to start doubting himself  |

"And yet you already have." Mina said her voice and face still emotionless. "I tried to love you. But you hurt me in ways no one has ever hurt me before. And what's worse is you didn't even realize you were doing it...or care."
Mina got up off the floor, pausing to wipe the dirt off her skirt. She walke out of the tent without looking back, biting back the tears that she knew were coming. Damn she needed something to get her mind off both of them.
"Goddamn it Mina," She thought angry at herself for letting the crack in her armor show. "You always choose the wrong men to fall for. You should be smarter by now!"

alreadly have? the brute thought to himself what does she mean by that? Hyde gives the women a pained look before opeing his mouth to speak again "Mina..please tell me what i did wrong!" his voice grew with panic as she got up and walked out of the tent "Mina?" pain showen brightly in his dark eyes as he started to try and get up only to give out a sharp cry of pain thanks to his shoulder wound.

Sarafina heard the talking between Hyde and Mina as ears were flicked and her dark green eyes scanned her cage and her brown nose smelled the air . The dark cream winged feline sighed to herself .

Meanwhile, Toby silently entered through the opposite end of the tent, carrying various linens and wet cloths in his arms. His face was expressionless, as usual, but there was a bit of pity in his dark eyes as he entered the tent. His eyes fell on three different creatures within the room, and one exiting as he stepped further inside. The fourth looked stable enough, and Toby soon recognized her to be the vampiress attraction, and ignored her departure, knowing that she hadn't been present in the fight earlier.
He'd been told to bring fresh clothes to the acts wounded in the fight, and something to help clean up the blood a little. It would be up to the doctor to care for any further needs they might have, and Toby was glad to have such a small task.
"Oy, here are your fresh linens," he said aloud, moving towards a pair of the acts; an older girl and a lioness. The girl was rather pretty, Toby thought to himself, if not for her rather gruesome-looking features below the waist. Ignoring this thought, Toby tossed the fresh clothes at the girl's feet, along with a wet rag, before walking over towards the man waiting at the entrance of the tent. He looked like he needed more than just a towel and fresh clothes, but that wasn't for Toby to worry about.
"Here you are, sir," he said, a bit cautiously as he approached the large man, putting his items at the other's feet as well.

Indeed, it was nice that a new friendship has been formed. For a brief moment, Miku had the idea of going about the way a friendship with a cat would be. Petting her, brushing her, giving her some cream and a lovely ribbon... No, that would be silly with a lion.
From what she heard of Miss Mina's and Hyde's conversation, it was upsetting. Poor them. She hoped they would figure things out. Miku hoped that when she got a boyfriend, if she had one after this, it would be a happy relationship...
"Did you ever, have a mate or something, backk home, Sarafina?" She asked the lioness.
When the Toby approached, she looked up with a small gasp. A little boy? What was he doing here? He still seemed quite normal.
"Who, who are you?"

Hyde glaces turns to look at the boy his now dull eyes narrow at him confused "th-thanks" he manged to get out "mmh you took the words right out of my mouth Miku" he says he would of smirked at this but right now he didn't have the streagth to do so.

Toby turned to look at the girl, remaining silent for a moment at her question. He didn't normally speak with the acts; in fact, he did his best to avoid such encounters, for the sheer need to keep from getting attached to any of them. Not that he wanted to get close to any of them. His senses just got the better of him sometimes.
"I'm...I'm Toby, ma'am," he replied quickly. Taking a few steps forward, he added cautiously, hardening his voice as he spoke, "I'm one of the workers here...a stable boy for you blokes. And that's all you need to know."
Pausing for a moment, Toby decided to take a risk, and slowly turned to face the three acts again. "And who are you lot?"

"I'm Sarafina" The dark cream lioness introduced herself to him Sarafina looked at the little boy it was weird she never saw humans in the pridelands before. |

"you may call me Mr. Hyde" the monster of a man said from his spot on the ground as he uses his arms to push himself up more to a better sitting postion. His dark brown eyes look at the boy "stable boy?" Hyde said although it sounded more confused "never knew there were horses here?" he says

"You work here...? Really?" Miku did not really want to think of a little boy as some of the employees who has treated her harshly so far. But, it was possible. But it was also possible he would be different. She wondered what his story was. "My name is Miku... It's nice to meet you, Toby."
She looked back at Sarafina "Really? I'm sorry to hear about your mate. What happened to your daughter?"

Toby raised an eyebrow at Hyde after his response, keeping his thoughts to himself. Obviously, this man wasn't the brightest in the world...either that, or his own remark had simply been too veiled for them to pick up. "I mean...sir, you lot are the animals. Some more than others," Toby responded in a deadpan tone, glancing at Miku briefly. "That's what I was told, anyway. It's what that colored gent said about you all."
Taking a seat on a wooden crate, Toby let out a sigh, turning his head with his hand until he heard a small "pop" come from each side of his neck. It had a long day so far, and he still had plenty of work left to do...but hopefully he'd be able to stop and take a break for a moment.
Looking back towards Miku, Toby tried to harden his gaze, his soft spot for females making him feel a bit sorry for the girl. She didn't look that much older than him, though he supposed that he must look quite a deal younger to her than his age of thirteen years. He'd always been small for his age.
"Nice to meet you too, ma'am," he replied quietly, returning the politeness despite his inner thoughts. He next turned to look at the lioness, who looked rather worse for wear as well, and threw a wet rag in her direction. "You folks be needin' anything else?"

" Yes and i know , Well Miku i don't know now but i know one thing when Scar's regin begain my daugther Nala and i were scared and shocked because King Mufasa and his son Prince Simba were dead if i remember correctly" Sarafina replie to Miku .. her ears flicked and she glanced at Toby dark green eyes starring at the little boy and giving a small loving smile from her creamy muzzle that boy reminding her of King Simba when he was but a cub. "Maybe later we'll need something" Sarafina replied to Toby in soft voice . The female feline sighed .the dark furred cream lioness looked at the top of the tent while she was in a metal cage |

"if you can get any more pain meds for me that would be a big help" Hyde said shooting an annoyed look at Sarafina. "other then that while don't ya tell me about yourself" he said his forcus back on the boy.
