Sibling Rivalry

[Pavi Largo]

Pavi's eyes widened slightly at the suggestion of buying the circus. That thought hadn't occurred to him, but it was rather appealing. If GeneCo were to own the circus, then Pavi could see Mina whenever he wished, without having to pay each time...and possibly set her free all-together. But of course, this was all depending on whether or not they really could buy the circus from its mysterious Ring Master...which was very unlikely.

Turning sharply at the unexpected calmness in Luigi's tone, Pavi's eyes narrowed suspiciously now. It was surprising that his brother would agree to such a thing in the first place, and it made Pavi apprehensive. He wasn't sure what his brother thought to gain from such a thing, but whatever it was, Pavi knew one thing; it couldn't be good.

"Do not-a think that they will-a be fooled into believing us-a so easily, fratello," Pavi replied coolly, keeping his eyes narrowed. "There are a number of-a things to keep them from-a believing what-a we tell them, and-a buying the circus wouldn't-a solve everything. It has its-a protestors as it is-a...as well as its own Repo Man."

Turning to face Amber now, Pavi said with an unsually solemn expression, "Things will not-a be smoothed over so easily if-a the public learns that-a Nathan Wallace is-a back from-a the grave...and-a working for-a them."

"Well if we bought the circus, and changed several things that the protesters had problems wouldn't have a problem with the circus or how it's run." Amber said to Pavi and Luigi. Her eyes widened when Pavi brought up Nathan Wallace.
"No, that's impossible! It might be a clone, or a look alike, or even someone's who's been brainwashed. There is no way someone can be brought back from the dead, we all know that. It's beyond impossible."

She got up from her seat and began nervously pacing the floor and biting her thumb nail.
"And even if the public did find out about Wallace, they can't prove anything. Hell we could even claim GeneCo was the ones who did it. No one could prove it wasnt. GeneCo could be testing out a new serum or something that can resurect the freshly dead for all they know. And when, and if, the public wants more info we get rid of Wallace once and for all. And say that something went wrong with the serum that made him disintegrate into ash or something. And that it's to dangerous to even try and remake it let alone market it."

[Luigi Largo]

"Well we'd better buy off the Ringleader if we're going to be doing that." Luigi said setting down his newspaper. "Because chances are the Ringleader and their workers will want credit for ressurecting him. Also, if at all possible, we should learn how they did it along with a few other things about them. Like how they more or less turned a normal woman into a blood drinking half woman half bat."

He put extra emphasis on the last word just to annoy Pavi, knowing how Mina was such a sore spot for his brother he was going to milk it for all it was worth. From teasing Pavi about his sick little blood letting fetish, to pointing out that because of Mina's DNA alteration she could not be considered human. Meaning that what Pavi did with Mina could be classified as beastiality.
But he'd let that go for now, and save it for the next time he and Pavi got into a fight. Which, knowing them, could be in the next hour or so.

Pavi grit his teeth, spinning around to face Luigi with an angry look in his eyes. He could stand the insults made against his own person; hell, he'd been dealing with them for as long as he could remember. But insults made against Mina, against someone he cared so much about...was enough to infuriate him beyond belief. He managed to keep it under control most of the time, but each remark only pushed him a little farther.

"Yes, Luigi, perhaps-a we should," Pavi retorted, venom in his words and a cruel smirk forced on his lips. "Maybe they can-a make you strong enough to defend-a yourself against her." Pavi narrowed his eyes on the last syllable, recalling the incident upon which Mina had made the other beg for mercy, something Pavi had never even witnessed before. He wouldn't mind bringing it back up, especially in front of Amber, which would no doubt embarrass their brother just as much as his remarks about Mina embarrassed Pavi.

"Wait she beat up Luigi?" Amber asked her jaw falling slightly. Not once in her life, in any of their lives, had anyone laid a hand on them. (Not without their permission of course.)
Then she scowled a little, they were the most powerful people in the world, hell they practicaly owned the world!

"And why was this not taken care of, Pavi?" Amber asked a bit to harshly. "Do you know what something like that could do to our image? People will start to think they can walk all over us, assualt us without worrying about being punished. So why wasn't it taken care of?"

And once again, his attempt at a cruel remark had backfired on him. Turning to face Amber now, Pavi folded his arms over his chest, frowning down at the woman. Despite the fact that she was technically the head of GeneCo and by default his boss, she was still his little sister. And while he could handle being spoken to by Luigi in a demeaning fashion, there was only so much he would put up with of Amber speaking to him that way.

"It wasn't-a dealt with, sister, because-a Luigi was overstepping his-a boundaries," Pavi replied coolly. Lowering his voice a bit, he glanced back at his brother for a moment, before stepping closer to Amber. "And-a the reason she was-a violent with-a him was-a because he intruded into my-a bedroom." Pavi let this hang in the air for a minute, expecting for Luigi to come back with some sort of remark about his masochistic tendencies now. Stupid Pavi. He was never very good at witty comebacks.

Now Amber felt confused and irritated. She hated having to get inbetween her brothers fights. Usually it ended with one or both of them having to get stitches or with their father having to break them up with the threat of disinheritance. But Papa wasn't here anymore and she couldn't toss them out either, due to both of them having so much stock in the company.
It was stressing her out much, much more than running GeneCo ever could.

"I don't care if he was in your bedroom Pavi, or if he was overstepping boundries. Since when do we have boundries, I want to know why someone hurt who hurt a Largo, one of the heads of GeneCo. And why they were allowed to walk away unpunished, if it had been anyone you weren't fucking they would be dead or maimed by now."
She paused looking up into Pavi's eyes.
"Try thinking with your brain instead of what's between your legs for once, brother."

[Luigi Largo]

Luigi couldn't contain his grin at Amber chewing out Pavi for allowing Mina to hurt him. Hopefully he could persuade Amber to "punish" Mina for her actions. If not out right killed, as other people in the past had done. For example when they were children one of their nannies had gotten fed up with Luigi's temper tantrums and smacked him across the face.

She was promptly "taken care of" by one of his fathers henchwomen.

Though in all honesty, Luigi hoped that Mina would stay alive and one piece for a time. So that when it came time for Luigi to manipulate Pavi with the woman, the damage he inflicted would be five times worse. For both his brother and the woman.

Pavi narrowed his eyes down at Amber, feeling a rush of anger at her irritation. His face burned at her last remark, and he fought to bit his tongue. If he had allowed himself to say what he was thinking, then there would have been a very good chance that he wouldn't been kicked out then and there, without any remorse from either of his siblings.

"Did it-a every occur to you that-a maybe I am thinking with-a my...oh, si figuri," he rolled his eyes, pushing Amber aside and angrily heading for the doorway. Pausing when he'd reached it, Pavi turned on one heel, facing both Amber and Luigi with a silent, brooding expression.

"If something must-a be 'taken care of,' then take care of it with-a me. Not a thing will-a happen to her. I'm part of-a this family as-a well, and what she was doing was-a requested by-a me. And if-a someone must-a be punished, then it will-a be me, not-a Mina," he said firmly, an unfamiliarly serious tone in his voice.

"Fine!" Amber shouted losing her temper and patience with her brothers. Especially Pavi, since he should have told her sooner about his involvement with the bat-woman attacking Luigi.
"Firstly you if she ever attacks any of us again, she will be taken care of. Is that clear? And as for you, since I can't kick you out of GeneCo and I can't punish you any other way. what do you suggest I do?"

She knew of her brothers masochistic kink, and he'd probably use this opportunity to suggest some type of physical punishment. Which she would deny...maybe. Probally...depended on her mood and how much Z she had in her at the time.

[Luigi Largo]

"We could keep him from going any where near the circus." Luigi suggested. "Or keep him in the house, so he can't get anymore new faces."
Those were Pavi's weak spots at the moment. The circus (or rather who was at the circus) and his face (as always), Luigi was sure there were more but he knew Amber wouldn't go for any of them. For starters Pavi liked being humiliated and beaten, so doing something physical or even the tinest bit humiliating wouldn't be enought.

Not for someone like Pavi.

"No," Pavi said quickly at Luigi's suggestion. A bit too quickly, he realized, as Amber would most likely go for one of those punishments, considering that they were really the only things that would be truly difficult for him to deal with.

Trying to compose himself and the panic that the suggestion had started within him, Pavi tried to think of something, biting his lip uncertainly. His mind immediately went to physical punishment, but as Amber knew that he was into that sort of thing, he doubted that she would go for that. At last, he looked back up at Amber calmly, though he dreaded what he was about to suggest.

"Genterns. I can-a live without-a the Genterns," he suggested, though he felt as though he might be lying to himself. Still, no Genterns was far better than no Mina. "Or-a paperwork. How do-a you normally punish-a your employees, sister?"

"I have them killed...or maimed." Amber said casualy, to ensure that nothing wrong would go with GeneCo she had begun punishing mistakes harshly. "I don't do it personally of course, I just arrange for "accident's" to happen to them." She flipped her hair back a bit and considered Pavi's offer.

"But yes, that seems like a good idea for your punishment. Alright then Pavi, for three whole weeks you can not have sex or any physical contact with any of the Geneterns. Otherwise you'll not be able go to the circus for the exact same amount of time. Understood?"

[Luigi Largo]

"Dammit Amber, that's not enough!" He shouted getting up.Luigi scowled a little bit at that, he had hoped that Pavi's punishment would've been more humiliating and possibly painful. Sadly that wasn't the case.
"Pavi's slut attacked me, she drank my blood! Look!" He removed his ascot and sure enough Mina's bite marks were on his jugular. "She could have fucking killed me! And he needs a better punishment than that fucking excuse for a punishment!"

He pointed at Pavi walking towards him till he was less than a foot away.
"He's putting my life at risk having that...woman around the house. Fuck it Amber, she could fucking go after you too one day, and he'd fucking let her!'

Pavi opened his mouth to confirm Amber's question, but suddenly was interrupted by Luigi. He blinked in response to the other's rant, eyes widening slightly as his brother continued to go on. He wasn't surprised that his brother would insist on a more firm punishment, but his brother's hypocrisy was more than a little irritating for the younger Largo.

"I am-a putting your-a life at risk?" Pavi asked, looking at Luigi with a laugh. He smirked, though the look in his eyes showed that he was far from amused by the situation, moving in closer so that their faces were only inches apart. "You have-a the nerve to play that-a card...you who threaten-a both Amber's and-a my own life every day. You who start-a fights. Every. Single. Day!" Pavi said these last three words with vehemence, accenting each one with a shove to his brother's chest. Amber would no doubt start yelling at both of them soon enough, but Pavi didn't care. He'd been getting more and more frustrated with his brother as of late, and he doubted Luigi felt much different about the situation. So she was ignored for now.

"And-a I would-a not 'let' her do anything, fratello," Pavi added, narrowing his eyes darkly at Luigi. "If-a she chose to harm you, it would be of-a her own accord. I cannot-a control what-a she does...not that I would-a mind the 'loss.'"
