Quote: I stand alone.
Name: Garrett
Alias: The Hermit
Age: 21
Film/Show/Game/Book/Comic: Quest for Camelot
Species: (What are they?)Human
Height:5’11
Weight:120
Basic Appearance: (Give a description of what they look like, at least a paragraph.) A young man who has shoulder length brown hair, Grey eyes, and a blank face. He wears a green tunic over a grey undershirt with brown trousers and black boots. Carries a guide staff at all times due to the fact he’s blind.
Mutations: (Only applicaple to circus cast. How has the Ringleader distorted their body?) He is already blind, but she has given him an extra arm on his left side. More is sure to come.
Picture:
Personality: (Give a detalied description of how your characters acts and why.) A sort of grim personality, he’s usually a loner and he’s constantly trying to find his way back home to Kayley. Because of the fact that there’s no way back, he’s in denial and has a very short fuse. He plans many escape plans, but always scraps them because there’s always a flaw. He is often seen with a scowl on his face.
Enemies: Everyone.
Allies:
Family: none, orphaned at birth.
Role: (Are they part of the circus cast, a circus worker, a customer, ect.?) Freak show. He can somehow see without sight, so he’s a wonder to guests.
History: As a child, he was raised to become a stableman. He was 14 when he went blind, due to him getting kicked in the face by a panicked horse while trying to save said horse from a fire. He was then trained to fend for himself by Kayley’s father. When he died, Garrett went to live in the swamp and lived there until he was 19 and he met Kayley, fell in love with her, and saved Camelot, being knighted along with her. He went home with her, helping repair her house after the incident with Ruber. One day, he was fixing the roof when he felt a dart in his neck. He woke up in an unfamiliar environment, the Dark Woods Circus.
Sample Post: Garrett opened his sightless eyes, shivering as he felt a cool surface under his back. He tried to move, but couldn’t. He was strapped to a metal table, shirtless, with his arms and legs in a star position. He struggled, but to no avail. He heard footsteps near his position. “Hey! Get me out of here! You can’t do this to one of Arthur’s knights!”
Then, a needle was jammed into his left side. He gritted his teeth, about to protest when he felt something else. Fire, he felt as if he was on fire. His insides were burning and it seemed like someone put his heart in a bubbling vat of molten iron. Something burst from his skin, new bone. He felt tears start falling down of their own accord. A metallic taste was in his mouth, blood he realized. He had bitten his own tongue. Muscle was crawling up the ivory thing. Blood veins and skin soon following. He finally let out a scream of pain. Suddenly, he twitched his new appendage. A new arm? A voice spoke. “Oh, this will do nicely. Cut him down and put him in his cage. I believe we have another freak for the show.” His bones felt like rubber as his body hit the floor. The darkness was already there, but he still could feel it suffocating his mind into an unconscious state.
Ergh, not my best. I was rushing to get this done. I really hate character apps.
