Basic Appearance: Luigi has a perpetual scowl on his face, he never ever smiles unless he has to. And even then it looks wrong on him and is very rare. Like his brother and sister Luigi has dark almost black hair that he keeps short and slicked back and dark blue eyes.
Luigi has a fondness for ascots, and always has a fresh clean white shirt on hand in case he messes it up when stabbing/killing someone.

Personality: Luigi possess an uncontroled and deep seated rage, particularly towards his brother Pavi for some known reason. He hates Amber as well, but not as much as he hates Pavi. He's also very very vilolent lashing out at who ever is near him, usually stabbing them with one of his knives. (He keeps three of them on himself at all time.)
Enemies:Pavi, Amber, Mina, pretty much everyone.
Allies:Falcier, The Ringleader
Family:Amber(sister), Pavi(younger brother) Rotti (father deceased)

History:
Luigi was born the eldest son of the worlds most powerful and richest man. He grew up with everything he could want, and no one ever told him no. But the only problem is the one thing he truely wanted was his fathers love and attention, which he almost never got. The only way the young Largo could think to even get his fathers attention would be to throw tantrums, when that didn't work he started hurting other people.
As he grew older Luigi found he enjoyed hurting people, if only to releave his inner pain and rage. And because of his status and his fathers money he was literally able to get away with murder.
After his fathers death though, Luigi has begun to do a bit of wondering with his siblings and is currently taking a vacation in a small secluded town in a privately owned motel they bought. And not to far away from the

Luigi glared (as usual) at the back of his brothers head. It was in a foul mood (also as usual) stuck in a hot tent at a circus. For fucks sake the only time he had been at a circus was when he was five!
And all because Pavi begged and whined until he had gotten his way. Usually Luigi would've just punched his brother in the head until he knocked him out but his bitch sister agreed.
"This better not be fucking lame." He grumbled eating a fist full of popcorn.
Then the acts came out and Luigi's eyes widened. T-Rexes, a gigantic ape man, a vampire woman, mutated dogs and other animals.
This was like the circus from Hell...maybe this was more intresting than he thought.
