((Open to protesters and customers, set in the evening as the sun is setting)) Jim walked down the street, keeping to himself. He walked hunched over somewhat looking at his feet as he walked occasionally kicking a pebble or a stray soda can. He felt frustrated, he had heard about that circus in the woods. How they had kept people chained and caged up, how they had changed them so that people would pay to see them.
And what was worse is none of the public believed the protesters when they told them. They thought they were over re-acting or that it was all part of the show. Some even thought the protesters were part of the show, since usually whenever they protested on the Town Square or by the circus entrance it's self crowds would appear.

the soft clicking and grinding of gears could he heard as John Silver exit's a bar that he had stopped to have a bite to eat and drink in. "Jimbo?" Silver calls out once spotting his young friend as he walks towards him frowning slightly. "Jim, ye seemed troubled boyo what's the matter lad?" Silver asks as he walks by Jim's side.

Jim scowled, more at the situation than at Silver. He reached up and ran a hand through his hair letting out a sigh. "It's this whole circus thing," He said stopping and leaning against a wall. "No one listenes to us! They all think that we're part of the show or that we're making a big deal out of nothing. Everyone think's everything going on in that place is fake. And no matter what we do, no one will believe us."

"then we just hav' ta show em lad" Silver said "even if we have to drag them backstages an' show 'em what it's really like" Silver takes out a bottle form his coat pocket and takes a swig from it. once caping the bottle he says "where are the other protesters?"

Jim shrugs. "Beats me, as far as I know you and I are the only one's out tonight. I know several of the others have school, and families so I can at least understand why they wouldn't be here. Still it would be nice if there were more of us and less of them." He said indicating several people across the street walking by wearing "Dark Woods Circus" t-shirts.

Silver made a noise in the back of his throat that sound very much like a growl "then we can do it ourselves" he turns to grin at Jim "what do ya say Jimbo?" he chuckles clapping the teen on the shoulder with a mechanical hand. "what about those lot?" he sticks a thumb in the people wearing the T-shirts direction.

Morgan lurked in the back of an alleyway, scrapping a particular type of moss of a building carefully trying to keep the roots of the planet intact. The roots were what were valuable, a potion to grant second sight could be made using them. But they were very very delicate if you even breathed on them they'd curumble apart.

York walked through the streets as he looked around, he touched his head with two fingers, "This town is really mysterious, I've never seen anything quite like it, don't you agree Zach?," York said talking to Zach, Zach gave a response and said that he had heard voices nearby, "Hmm...we should check it out then, shall we?," York, before walking towards the group, lit a cigarette, he then walked towards what looked like a boy and some alien.

Silver's cyborg eye spots York coming towards him "state yer name" Silver grunts out some warily of the man after all it was dark out who knew if he could be some type of robber/mugger that could harm him or Jim.

York put out his cigarette, barely even finishing it, he held up his wallet with his badge, "I'm Francis York Morgan FBI Agent, but please call me York, everyone else calls me that," York said. York lit another cigarette, as he touched the side of his head with two fingers, "Interesting fellow, isn't he Zach?," York said loud enough for Silver to hear him, Zach told York to ask Silver about the mutated creatures so York obliged and asked, "What do you know about the creatures who are being experimented on?,"

Two-Tone and lucky had followed Jim into town, they knew his frustration as they had seen a fellow canine in the circus horribly twisted and mutated, no dog should live like that, between them they had a fear of what might happen if their siblings were caught and given the same treatment.
The two dalmatians looked at Jim, their tails wagging as they did so before they heard Silver enter, before long they saw York enter and seemingly he was talking to himself. The pups decided to remain silent and listened. Lucky wondered where Pepper ran off to.
