His own face is horribly scarred, and so he covers it with the faces of deceased woman, which he sees as fashion statements.

Pavi is very self-centered, and cares a great deal about fashion. He's also quite effeminate, flirtatious, perverted, and just a little bit incestuous. Pavi has killed people in the past, but prefers to let others do the dirty work. He's intelligent and witty, but most people don't take the time to notice this. He feels no shame for the crimes he has done.

History:
Pavi was the youngest Largo child. He was always different from his brother and sister, and was relatively ignored by the rest of his family, aside from his mother. His mother saw potential, and herself, in her second son, and was very close to him. However, after his mother passed on when he was nine, Pavi was devastated. He became more reserved and self-centered...until it was time for his first surgery.
All of the Largo children were spoiled, but each took the treatment a little differently. Pavi had heart problems as a child, and when his heart was replaced, he felt like he had cheated death, and that he was invincible. He became more outgoing...and, in his brother's eyes, more obnoxious. Pavi and Luigi were always prone to fighting, and one day, the fighting got serious, and Pavi's face was burned severely in an accident when they'd gotten older. He never forgave his brother for that. He'd already started stealing his dates' faces for fashion; now, he needed them to go out in public.
After his father's death, he and his siblings took control of GeneCo. Pavi began wearing his sister's face, after it had fallen off in a stage accident and she'd put it on auction. Pavi isn't the greatest business man, but he's charming enough to pull off deals for the company, so Amber and Luigi keep him around. GeneCo eventually found out about the Dark Woods Circus, and started a deal with with Ringleader to trade organs; GeneCo would help provide organs and equipment for the mutations, and the Black Circus would send them organs and things that they took away when they mutated creatures. Pavi just came along to watch the show.

“Bravi! Bravi! Bravissime!” Pavi said, clapping his hands together excitedly as yet another performer stepped out onto the stage. Tonight’s performance was proving to be most exciting, and each cast member was proving to be more gruesome and amusing than the last.
“It’s a good-a thing Amber isn’t here,” The Largo child said under his breath, rolling his eyes with a small laugh. “She’d-a probably be getting-a some new ideas for-a future surgeries, eh?” The two Genterns hanging off the man’s shoulders laughed along with Pavi, looking up at the stage with just as much eager excitement in their eyes. Despite his twisted sense of humor, Pavi could be rather childish acting at times, especially when faced with entertainment of this calibre.
