He wears tall platform heels, fistnet stockings, a black speedo, and a sequined strap top.
Mutations: Deciding to play on the fact that Frankie is a man of little morals, the Ringmaster has given him several devilish qualities, including a pair of horns, the legs of a satyr, and a tail.

Personality:
Frankie’s just a sweet Transvestite with a hedonistic attitude and a killer wit. He is very flamboyant, and shows this in the way that he dresses and acts. He has a very high regard for revealing fashion, along with physical beauty, and can seemingly find it in everything, based on his many lovers.
Frankie also has a deadly side that you do not want to provoke. He has been known to abuse his servants, such as when he beat Riff Raff with a whip for doing something foolish. But he has a small ounce of compassion on his part as well, for those he cares about. But he himself always comes first and foremost, and it is very obvious to see.
However, now that he’s come to the circus, he’s a bit more quiet and reserved, and doesn’t like to speak to people. He’ll come around in time, but for now, he’s more confused a depressed than anything.

Dr. Frank-N-Furter is a native of the planet Transexual in the galaxy Transylvania, along with his former servants Magenta and Riff Raff. The three aliens left their home planet on a mission to planet Earth, taking up residence in a castle some place in America in the middle of nowhere. Frankie was of course their leader, a role befitting his personality, and Riff Raff and Magenta acted as both his servants and lovers(they themselves were siblings and lovers with one another). Frankie also became acquainted with a motorcyclist named Eddie(his delivery boy) and Columbia(who became a resident of the castle, one of Frankie’s lovers, and Eddie’s lover). Frankie was a mad scientist of sorts, their alien equipment highly advanced and dangerous.
One evening, whilst holding an annual Transylvanian convention for his “groupies”, Frankie and his crew were visited by Brad Majors and Janet Wheiss, a young couple who were stopped due to car trouble outside the castle. Taking them in for the night, Frankie revealed for both them and his convention’s guests the new project he’d been working on; creating life. In a process similar to Frankenstein’s monster, Frank-N-Furter had created a muscle man named Rocky Horror, who he planned on becoming yet another one of his lovers. Frankie’s presentation was interrupted, however, by the entrance of Eddie, who Frankie had previously trapped in a freezer in his laboratory. Eddie, who drove around on his motorcycle through the laboratory and causing a great panic amongst the guests, was presently murdered by Frankie with an ice axe.
When everyone had been sent off to bed, with Rocky to the “bridal suite” that Frankie had prepared for he and himself, Frankie entered both Janet and Brad’s separate bedrooms and seduced the both of them, first Janet, and them Brad. After finishing up with Brad(which was seen by Janet on a television monitor), Frankie received a call from Dr. Everett Scott, an old friend of Brad and Janet’s that they were going to visit in the first place. Frankie believes that Brad and Janet had come to investigate his home, and also believes Scott to be working for the government agency of UFO.
As they bring Dr. Scott into the manor, Frankie, Brad, and the doctor discover Janet and Rocky together in the laboratory. Outraged, Frankie sends them all into the dining room, where dinner is being served. While there, we discover that Dr. Scott is actually Eddie’s uncle, and that Frankie has been serving the remains of Eddie for their meal. Ripping the table cloth from the table, Frankie reveals that the table is actually a casket for Eddie, and his remains have been encased in the glass.The others run, until they are cornered in the laboratory by Frankie's machine, the Medusa Transducer, which he uses to turn Brad, Janet, Dr. Scott, and Columbia into statues.
Frankie then has them assembled for a floor show, in which they discover through a musical number just how they've changed since their stay in the castle. The performance is interrupted by Magenta and Riff Raff, who inform Frankie that they are returning back to the planet of Transexual without him. Using a matter transport gun, Rocky, Columbia, and Frankie are each killed. Dr. Scott, Janet, and Brad leave the castle, which Magenta and Riff Raff next send into space back home.
However, as they are going home, Frankie, Columbia, and Rocky are dispelled into the time stream, thanks to the matter gun, each to their own places without knowledge of this. Frankie winds up in a cage, with some…strange new features.

The greatest scientist in the universe...was curled in the fetal position at the bottom of a cage. He was dirty, exhausted, confused, and his newfound fur was infested with lice, if he wasn't mistaken.
Dr. Frank-N-Furter squeezed his eyes shut, resisting the urge to start screaming again. The pain was unbearable...the horns they'd attached to his skull(he wasn't quite sure how) were still new, and they hurt like Hades. His teeth also hurt from how they'd sharpened them, and his lips had suffered dearly from their foreign sharpness.
They've turned me into a freak...even more so now than I was before. And I will make them pay.
