Personality: (Give a detalied description of how your characters acts and why.) Proteus is an adventureous guy just like sinbad, at one point he lived for adventure nothing could stop him from doing what he loved. However, he is also very serious and mature. He has a huge sense of justice and is rather proud. Proteus is polite and will not underestimate anyone, he puts full faith into people.

History:
Proteus was set to protect the book of peace for his father, on his ship he ran into his old friend Sinbad, trying to fight him back for the book of peace to be sure that it was brought safely to Syracuse. However a seamonster attacked and with the help of Sinbad it was vanquished.
Back home, Proteus introduced Sinbad to his soon-to be wife Marina. However as Sinbad left the book was stolen, by "Sinbad" (Eris) and the world plunged into chaos.
As Sinbad was ordered for Execution Proteus took his place. Despite his father's pleas. The ambassadors gave Sinbad ten days to find the book or Proteus would die.
As the days went on Proteus became ready to receive the axe. When who should show up at the last minute. Sinbad! (da da da, Super man! XD)
Sinbad ready to recieve the blow was intterupted by Eris who made sinbad believe she was goddess of discord.
Soon the world was back to normal. Proteus saw how much Marina loved the sea and Sinbad and let her go.
As he lived his life in Syracuse, he recieved a panicked message from Marina, it mentioned a circus and the horrible events that were going on, deciding to take matters in his own hands, leaving for this so called circus. unaware of how he was going to stop it and completely unaware that his childhood friend had become apart of it.

Proteus had picked the wrong time to walk up to a group of protestors. He watched as a strange man threw a brunette teenage boy to the ground.
"Now stay out of here, if ya know what's good for ya!" the purple eyed man yelled and walked out of sight.
"Are you alright?" Proteus ran towards the boy to help him up. Obviously these were the protestors he had heard about and if these were the protestors then this must be the circus.
"Fine...are you here to stop this?" the boy asked.
Proteus stared at the boy for a moment before sighing. "I'm going to try..."
