"What he said." Droite stated. She was oh so tempted to start chewing her arm, even if it did mean she would just get a mouthful of feathers. Droite wasn't going to lie. She was very hungry, and very sick of the poor treatment they were receiving. Even if Gauche couldn't do anything, Droite wished her sister would at least sneak her some better food. Or even more food, for that matter. "If you guys want to keep your show goin', you gotta feed us." Droite continued.
"Droite, please... just be quiet." Gauche begged quietly. Her sister's tendency to let her mouth run had Gauche worried. What if it got her into trouble? Gauche didn't want that. Her sister was all she had left. Silently, she hoped Neyla and Shiek wouldn't reprimand Droite for what she had said.

Collette's glower spoke very adequately of what she thought of Mina's threat - even if the bat creature hadn't said the words themselves, her meaning was all too clear. How dare she threaten her like that? Didn't Mina know that she was the ringleader's personal pet? The cocker fumed.
"You wouldn't dare eat me!" she snarled, taking a step closer to the cage - still maintaining enough distance to keep her safely out of reach, however. Her head turned as the robot boy spoke up, however, ears seeming to shimmer slightly as she moved. No comment was offered, but the cocker couldn't help but silently conceede that maybe he had a point. The ringleader wouldn't be happy if one of her acts dropped dead from starvation in the ring - and if these brutes were better fed, it would decrease her own chances of becoming something's snack between shows, as well.

"I would if I was desperate enough." Mina said quietly looking at the dog. The hunger in her stomach and eyes increasing. So close yet so far"Or if I was hungrey enough." Her stomache made a large growl. "You needn't fear me eating you though, dog. Just make sure your master feeds me, that should keep you off the menu."

"Ick. Not even I would eat a dog." Droite stated. Dragon though she was, and though her tastes had changed somewhat, the greenie couldn't even begin to contemplate making a snack out of Collette. "Just make sure to pass along a message to your master, 'kay?" Droite asked her.
Gauche couldn't believe it. No one was complaining about either Mina or Droite's speaking. The redhead was stunned, as she had been convinced that the performers speaking was pretty much forbidden. Still, Gauche wasn't complaining. At least Mina and Droite were being listened to... for the moment.

That made Mina smile. "It's not the meat I eat." She sighed sitting down. "It's the blood I've been turned into a half woman, half vampire bat. Blood's the only thing I can eat." She was silent then, letting that fact settle in. Just like Dracula and his brides. I've finally become my own worst nightmare, after everything....I'm one of them now Despite killing Dracula all those years ago." She thought, not sure if she should laugh or cry at the cruel irony

"Hmph. I don't take orders from your type." Collette huffed, snapping her head around to face away from them, her ears flapping as she turned. Nevertheless, the ringleader would hear of this from her - the cocker would NOT take threats of becoming some mostrosity's between-show snack lightly. If it would preserve her life, then she would pass on the message.
At the bat-woman's mention of drinking blood, Collette visibly shuddered and retreated a few steps from her cage. And she'd thought the prospect of being eaten was bad...

Mina smirked at Collete's uneasyness. "As for now though, I wouldn't mind a few live animals. Anything you can catch. So long as it's alive or freshly killed I won't complain much." She ignored the horrified looks she was getting from the others, she didn't like it anymore than they did. Hated it more infact, but you had to do what you must inorder to survive.
When the alternative was starving to death sucking every drop of blood of a living creature didn't seem so bad.

Sinbad listened to the conversation with little interest. He hadn't done much in the show other than show off, sure he did that a lot but these wings made things worse. They hurt, and every now and then he would get a sudden jolt of unbearable pain and could barely move for days.
"Do you take orders from any type Princess?" he asked the dog with a smirk.

"W-What's going on?" came a groggy voice. Even if he had wanted to, Crona couldn't have hoped to stay asleep with the conversation going on around him. He was thankful that no overly loud conversation was going on, but didn't appreciate being woken up. The pink-haired boy's attention was drawn to Collette. She was an uncommon site in the catacombs, especially as far as Crona was concerned. He never saw her around.
"We're just talkin' about getting food, kid. Not a lot going on." Droite replied. "I mean, that is what's going on isn't it?" Droite asked, her gaze falling on Neyla, Shiek, and Collette as she spoke. Gauche she knew would get them food in a heartbeat if she were alone, but among the rest of her co-workers she couldn't do anything.

Mina glanced at Sinbad, another winged person obviously. He was cocky...to cocky. He was going to get in trouble one day if he mouthed off to the wrong person.
She stayed silent, watching the workers carefully. Hoping that they would get fed eventually. She could feel her stomache tighten up again in hunger. It wouldn't be that long that she'd probally start feeling faint from hunger.

Sinbad could barely move let alone make a comment at the woman who he saw glance at him. The workers were working hard obviously, made no move to talk to them. That was fine, he didn't want to talk to them anyways, he had his own plans. He would get out of here his own way

"Don't worry, we'll get you something. Or I'll try to at least." Gauche told them. Her gaze wandered to Crona and Sinbad, and she frowned slightly as she looked them over. Other than Crona's obvious deformity that was Ragnarok, the boy and the man looked like they had gotten lucky with the experimentation as well. They didn't look completely freaky like Droite did. "If that's okay with anyone else, that is." Gauche added quietly. She wasn't in charge, after all. She couldn't just do what she wanted.

"I don't see much harm in it," Neyla replied, genuinely. She may have been cruel, but she did have standards, and she wouldn't let anyone-- even these freakish monsters-- starve to death. She prefered deaths being quick and painless rather than long and agonizing. "Like the boy put it--" she gestured to Len with a paw "--we can't have anyone die if the Ringmaster doesn't wish it so." Len inwardly shuddered at her words, but kept diligently quiet besides the tiny whisper of, "Please.."

Sinbad glanced over at the boy who had just shuttered. He probably should have said something, told the tigress off but even he couldn't risk getting into more trouble. He couldn't help but feel sorry for the boy though.

They hurt, and every now and then he would get a sudden jolt of unbearable pain and could barely move for days. "Do you take orders from any type Princess?" he asked the dog with a smirk. Eyebrows lowered angrily, creasing her undeniably pretty face. Who did this riff-raff think they were, toying with her like this? She did not, however, dignify the question with a response, turning her back on the winged man. The cocker considered just stalking off, but that would almost certainly make the sailor think he had achieved something. "I don't know why I'm wasting my time fraternising with lowlifes." she observed huffily, bloodshot-looking orbs glaring around at the caged monsters. They'd already got one favour more than she'd been planning to give out of her, and she didn't intend to give them any more victories.
